Pricing depends on a number of factors, including color complexity, texture and desired length and thickness. I try to keep my prices affordable but it is still an investment. I use very high quality European and Indian human hair, and each extensions and hairpiece is customized to perfection.

When it comes to hair quality, we get what we pay for. It upsets me to know that so many women are tricked into buying hair extensions online or in a store only to find out later on that the hair was not truly remi human hair. There is a lot of fraud and misrepresentation in the hair extensions and wig industry. As a stylist and an attorney, I am baffled how so many store and salons are lawfully permitted to sell clip-on extensions masqueraded as human remi hair, when in actuality they are mixed with synthetic and animal hair fillers. I am equally astonished that so many hair salons are still performing permanent extensions like glue, links or tape, when we now know how much damage these methods can cause.

When hair is not truly remi, it means that the cuticle has been stripped by soaking the hair in acid, chemically processed for texture, and colored with dyes. The hair is then coated with silicone in order to make it temporarily 'tangle free' and lustrous, but the silicone washes off quickly and the hair soon becomes dry, stiff, and matted. The hair becomes damaged and too weak to handle heat styling or color applications, they are left looking synthetic and unnatural, and need to be replaced quickly.

I believe that I built up my loyal clientele based on trust, and to me, integrity is everything.

I am honest with my clients about the hair I use and where I source it, and I stand by my commitment to provide high-quality, long-lasting human remi and virgin hair extensions and hairpieces that will not damage their existing hair. If buying cheap extensions is your goal, then my company is not the right choice for you. I use only cuticle-intact human remi and virgin European hair and unprocessed cuticle-aligned Indian "temple" hair.

    Jessica Hyllarée's custom clip on hair extensions line is the first and only hair extensions line designed specifically for women with fine or compromised hair, Her extensions also work great for women who may have beautiful thick hair now, but want length and don't want to damage their hair with permanent extensions such as fusion or tape. Each hair extensions set comes with seven pieces.

    Unless specific measurements are requested, the standard width measurements are 5 inch, 6 inch and 8 inch double wefted pieces, and four 2.5 inch single wefted pieces.

    Additional pieces and larger measurements can be made for an additional fee. Each set is customized to perfection! I encourage clients to send photos and to consider a remote consultation with me.

    The custom human hairpiece is a great option for women with hair thinning, hair loss, short hair, loss of volume, cancer, grey roots, female pattern baldness (permanent hair loss from the scalp, causing baldness), alopecia areata (sudden hair loss that starts with one or more circular bald patches that may overlap), telogen effluvium (a reversible condition in which hair falls out after a stressful experience), anagen effluvium (an abnormal loss of hair during the first phase (anagen) of the hair's growth cycle), diffuse alopecia (also known as alopecia areata incognita, is a rare form of alopecia areata and affects primarily young females, and the hair loss on the head is radical and sudden), postpartum alopecia (or loss of hair after stopping the use of birth control pills), traction alopecia (often cause by weaves (sew-in extensions) or ponytails pulled too tight, and trichotillomania (hair pulling).

    This online price is for a standard base size of 3 inch by 4 inch, and up to 16 length. Please contact me for larger base sizes with more coverage, and hairpieces with longer lengths.

Please note that the straight style can be temporarily curled using rollers or a curling iron and the wavy style can be temporarily straightened using a straightening iron. The curly and kinky-styles will not become completely straight. All hair extension sets come in 18 inch lengths. They can be trimmed in the same way you would cut natural hair. Hair Extensions NYC is the first and only line of clip-on hair extensions that is individually hand sewn and custom made to perfectly match each woman's natural hair color. We hand sew highlights and low lights into the hair extensions so that they perfectly match your natural hair color, creating a completely natural look.
