Ever since having my hair foiled blond - it has been impossible to find extensions which match my colour and don't look fake. Jessica was able to match my hair colour exactly with her custom made extensions and within a very small time frame create new extensions for me. They look amazing and are so easy to pop in, and are very comfortable - I never want to take them out as I love having long hair. They are incredibly reasonably priced also and are very good quality European hair. Jessica is an absolute professional - she took time to understand the look I wanted to achieve, provided very helpful advice and couldn't be more lovely - I only wish she was located in Australia!!! I had once had very long hair but unfortunately experienced hair loss, meaning I had to have my hair cut around shoulder length. I was quite cautious when it came to hair extensions as I felt in the past they had been hard to disguise and didn't quite match my hair well enough... this is why you should go to see Jessica! She matches the colour of your hair perfectly, takes the time and care to make sure that you are completely comfortable and satisfied. Not to mention she is such a warm and kind person that you will feel completely at ease. First off, she is very sweet and accommodating. She makes you feel welcome and will help you find the type of extensions you want. The best part about her extensions are that they're custom made...she measures your head size, shows you various length options, and if needed, will dye/highlight the hair to match your color. She gave me suggestions on how to style and made sure that I was comfortable using the clips. At first, the price may seem high, but it's worth every penny and more for the service and customization Jessica provides. Plus, if you need assistance with them after purchasing, for whatever reason, she is more than willing to assist you. I have received many compliments on the hair, and most people have no idea I'm wearing extensions until I tell them. Freeport, NY 10/2/2012 i cannot say enough about hair extensions nyc and the owner jessica i had 85% of my hair fall out due to over processing with bleach i had hair down to my waist that was thick and full most of my life i was devastated and horrified i saw Jessica's website when i was looking for a solution and i spoke to jessica she was very sympathetic and took the time to listen and see how she could help i met her a few days later and she consulted with me took her time and listened and worked so very hard to help she explained everything to me and made me feel there was hope and everything would be fine until my hair grew back she designed clip in extentions from the most beautiful high quality hair i had ever seen they covered the place my hair fell out perfectly she custom made them thick and long as Rapunzel i hope she posts the pictures of my before and after on her website the transformation is amazing and so is she her work is a masterpiece she is talented in this field and a true professional so i love my extentions i had a horrible experience and jessica really saved my life if you are not sure or reluctant to try them don't be she does amazing work with the highest quality hair not the stuff you buy in the store i had an accident with some of my extentions my daughter put them in the washing machine with the clothes when it came out it was all tangled so i conditioned them and brushed them and they were fine that's how high quality the hair she uses is and also the work she does it is like no other i have seen trust me if you are in the market for extentions don't go for the permanent ones try her clip in extentions save your hair and look glamorous you will love them and jessica Thank you jessica you are the most talented pure hearted person i have ever had the pleasure to meet Jen S. Manhattan, NY 9/28/2012 WOW!! I could never have imagined how amazing my experience with Jessica would be. Aside from being so sweet and personable, her work is amazing!! I would send any and all of my friends to her. During my first appointment we went through all the different options--color, texture, length... She helped me to find a perfect match. Even though the extensions are custom made to fit and match each individual perfectly, she was able to finish them so quickly! Just a couple of days later I went back for my second appointment and she patiently showed me how to put them in --and has since made herself available to answer any questions I've had (even though it's so simple!). She's even contacted me to follow up on how I'm liking them. I can't remember the last time I've had such friendly and accommodating customer service. I now have long gorgeous hair down my back. I get compliments everywhere I go, everyone asks me where I get my hair cut or blown out. I'm obsessed with them, they look so natural and gorgeous, and are so easy to put in. I came to NY from Vancouver and she was very accomodating when it came to the consoltation and to getting the extensions ready in time while I was there. Now about the extensions themselves...they are perfect! She matched the texture of the hair to match mine perfectly and the color is a perfect match as well. I have blonde hair that is lighter on the top and the bottom is a darker blonde and she was still able to match everything amazingly. I can't recommend Jessica enough - get your extensions from her!! Whitney G. Manhattan, NY 5/31/2012 I decided to look into hair extensions after I saw a friend with clip-ins from Jessica. I have long hair, but it's relatively thin, so I liked the idea of adding thickness. I went to Jessica about a week before our engagement photos, and she had a ton of samples (real hair) on hand, and matched color and texture to my hair perfectly. I went back to Jessica a few months ago to get a ponytail clip in for days I just want to add a bit of body, and at this point, my fiance can't even tell the difference between my real hair. I just took my mom to Jessica - she has short hair, and Jessica made a few small pieces for her to clip in to add volume and cover patches of thin hair. Jessica is fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. I plan to use extensions for my wedding in an up-do, but have gotten so much wear out of them already, it's been well worth it. The hair is real, Jessica sews everything herself, and will spend the time with you needed (without any pressure to buy them!) to see what works for you! Give it a shot - you'll be happy! Misscritical N. Manhattan, NY 5/2/2012 I had a hair extensions gone wrong episode, and was left with thinner weaker hair then before. Desperate, I decided to do clip ons. Researching online I came across Hair Extensions NYC. After viewing the website, the business seemed highly reputable. Jessica the owner was very sweet and sympathetic. She seemed extremely knowledgeable, which put me at ease. She explained everything about them to me- caring for them, about the hair, etc. (To me at least) especially for clip ons they were a bit pricey, but they seem worth the money because of the quality and time it takes to make them, not to mention they look amazing!!! She is very generous and told me to come by if I needed her to help show me anything or add more clips. Such a sweetheart, I definitely reccomend her business!!! I've only had them for a day now, so I'm not sure how they will last for sure, but from what I've heard....and anyways, so far so good! |

It is TOP QUALITY, affordable and totally worth the price of admission! I got my extensions right before going to a bridal shower and the comments I got from people were so fun! Nobody said "you look like you got extensions" but they all said I looked amazing and my hair was so shiny and pretty! They are so easy to clip in and they stay all day and all night without pulling or hurting my head - absolutely one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you so much Jessica!! By michelle - Aug 14, 2009 I have really thin weak hair and after 3 years of wearing shrink links I discovered that I pretty much lost about half my hair (I didn't have much to start with) When faced with the horror of having to live an extension free life I decided to do a bit of investigating. I set up some appointments with people who do clip ons and after a ton of research I decided that Jessica was the best for the job. My hair looks so natural that even my husband thinks that it's my real hair most of the time. To top it off I am now spending 1/4 of the amount that I was spending on super damaging expensive shrink links. I wear my clip on everyday and have learned some really cool tricks so that I can style them how ever I want. They are very low maintenance and really look just gorgeous. I really love these extensions and so glad they don't ruin my hair like the keratin-bonded ones did that I got last year from a salon out west. Only complaint is that it's really tough to get weekend appointments with Jessica. That part was frustrating.
